RightMove is piloting a recovery and mobility support kit for eligible new members—three simple tools your provider may recommend as part of your care plan.
- Three resistance bands (light, medium, and heavy)
- Stretch strap for guided mobility & flexibility work

*Limited pilot program for eligible new RightMove members. RightMove is piloting a recovery and mobility support kit, available to eligible members only after they complete their initial virtual musculoskeletal evaluation. Kits are distributed on a first-eligible basis, up to a fixed pilot allocation, according to documented pilot criteria—while the allocation lasts, and no later than November 1, 2026. Availability is not conditioned on the purchase, continuation, or renewal of any insurance coverage, and no purchase or additional payment is required. Limit one kit per eligible member. Kit contents may vary; RightMove may substitute an item of equal or greater approximate retail value. Allow 2–4 weeks for delivery after your evaluation is complete. You’ll answer a few quick questions about your health history and pain, then schedule a convenient time to meet with a licensed clinical expert.
Your visit will be a 15-minute phone call or a 45-minute video session. During this one-on-one time, your RightMove provider will talk with you, guide you through simple movement checks, and assess the root cause of your pain. You’ll leave with a personalized care plan built around your needs and goals, so you can start feeling better, faster.

If your RightMove provider determines that you require a higher level of care, we will help you coordinate that care. We can provide you with a referral to in-network specialists, in-person care or virtual physical therapy, with us supporting and guiding you at every step.

You should not be seen for a virtual evaluation with RightMove if you are at risk of falling, have high levels of disability, or high levels of pain.

You will receive more one-on-one time with a live, experienced clinical expert to really understand the root cause of your pain. Plus, you have the convenience of not leaving home, which saves money and time on travel. If you do need hands-on or virtual care, we will help coordinate with you.
