Musculoskeletal (MSK) care often begins with chronic pain, an acute injury, or simply a desire to move more freely. At RightMove, every patient’s experience is unique — but most of the time, we can help you get moving again without unnecessary X-rays, MRIs, or costly surgeries. Our goal is to help you develop a care plan and feel confident in your health decisions so you get better faster.
Your RightMove physical therapist will complete a thorough assessment to reach the right diagnosis, ensure you’re seen quickly, and deliver care that aligns with your goals and preferences. Our team works closely with HSS doctors and your broader care team to keep everyone aligned throughout your care journey.
RightMove services are available to eligible HSS members and offered through your Medicare plan at no or reduced cost.
You are responsible for any copays and/or coinsurance associated with visits to your physician, physical therapist, or specialist.
Here’s how it works
Our members can call to set up a 45 minute virtual visit with a RightMove specialist, who is a licensed and specially certified physical therapist. We review your history, symptoms, and understand your priorities, then guide you to an actionable diagnosis and next steps for your care.
Our Care Partners will take care of all your next steps, such as scheduling virtual or in-person physical therapy, ordering imaging by our providers (NP/MD), or scheduling a referral with a specialist. If surgery is needed, our team supports pre- and post-op to make sure you have the best outcome.
