Hybrid Care Approach. Our care pathways meets the needs of each unique patient by connecting them to resources that support the desired outcome. That can be directly through our virtual PT, self-guided resources and care coaching; or in partnership with other MSK solutions already in place and our in-person network partners delivering PT and other services.
