Harrison Frist

Harrison Frist is the former Chief Executive Officer of naviHealth, a leader in leveraging technology and services to improve post-acute care in partnership with health plans, hospital systems, risk-bearing physician groups, and other healthcare providers.

As part of the founding team, Harrison played an instrumental role in the scale and operations of the business, previously serving as naviHealth’s Chief Operating Officer. Harrison was responsible for the strategic vision and executive leadership of the organization through tremendous growth and sale to UnitedHealth Group in 2020.

Prior to joining naviHealth, Harrison worked as an investment professional for The Carlyle Group and as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in Washington, DC and New York, NY, respectively. Harrison serves on the board of Rightmove Health, the Martha O’Bryan Center, The Hermitage, the historic home of President Andrew Jackson, and Ensworth School in Nashville, TN. He received his AB in history from Princeton University and MBA from Harvard
Business School. 

Harrison and his wife, Ashley, live in Nashville with their three children. When not at work, Harrison enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family, skiing, golf, history and aviation.
