Joe Leinbach is the Chief Executive Officer of RightMove, where he leads the company’s strategy, growth, and execution. With a career dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery, Joe specializes in building and scaling innovative, tech-enabled care models.

Prior to RightMove, Joe served as President & Chief Operating Officer of Synapticure, a nationwide virtual and in-home medical practice supporting patients and caregivers living with dementia and other neurological conditions.Previously, Joe was Head of Market Development and General Manager at Cityblock Health, where he led the launch and expansion of new market operations. Earlier he served as Managing Director at Evolent Health, overseeing partnership development and corporate strategy.

Joe began his career at Deloitte Consulting in Washington, D.C., and holds a BA from the University of Pittsburgh and an MS from Carnegie Mellon University.
