Meghan Oliver is a mission-driven healthcare leader with over 15 years of experience building and scaling innovative health solutions. As Chief Operating Officer at RightMove Health, she brings deep cross-functional expertise and grit to connect product, clinical operations, and customer success into a cohesive experience that supports patients, providers, and health plans.She is the founder of SIR, a membership experience focused on supporting men as
they transition from career life to retirement mode. She also serves on the board of Nymbl Science, a digital fall-prevention company helping older adults stay confident and independent.

Previously, Meghan served as Chief Product Officer at Curai Health, where she led product, design, operations, and data to deliver AI-enabled primary care. At Bright Health, she helped grow the business from one market to three, launching new product lines and member experience tools that drove both growth and retention. Earlier in her career, she held strategy and operations roles at UnitedHealth Group and Optum, developing care solutions for chronic populations and advising on growth and transformation initiatives.

Meghan earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a BS from the University of Utah, where she was captain of the NCAA Division I swim team.
