RightMove Health
Official Terms: New Member Kit Pilot

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

This is a limited pilot program ("Kit Pilot") conducted by RightMove Health. No purchase, insurance claim, or additional payment is required to participate in the Kit Pilot or to receive the kit described below. Eligible members receive the kit only after completing their initial virtual musculoskeletal evaluation, as described in the Eligibility section below.

1. Pilot Description

RightMove is conducting a limited pilot of a recovery and mobility support kit available to eligible members only after they complete their initial virtual musculoskeletal evaluation. During the pilot, the kit is available to eligible members on a first-eligible basis, up to a fixed number of kits, according to documented pilot criteria. Availability is limited to the pilot allocation and is not conditioned on the purchase, continuation, or renewal of any insurance coverage.

This Kit Pilot is a program evaluation initiative intended to assess member engagement and outcomes associated with the kit. It is not a promotional offer, sweepstakes, or contest, and is not intended to induce enrollment, continuation, or renewal of any insurance or health benefit coverage.

2. Administration

The Kit Pilot is administered by RightMove Health ("RightMove," "we," "us," or "our"), a virtual musculoskeletal care platform. RightMove is solely responsible for administration of the Kit Pilot.

3. Pilot Period and Allocation

The Kit Pilot begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on November 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, or when the fixed pilot allocation of kits is reached, whichever occurs first ("Pilot Period"). Kits are distributed on a first-eligible basis against this fixed allocation and are not replenished once the allocation is reached. RightMove reserves the right to end the Pilot Period early, extend it, or modify it at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

4. Eligibility

To be eligible to receive the kit, an individual must, during the Pilot Period:

  1. Be a new RightMove member who has not previously enrolled in or used RightMove's services;

  2. Be eligible for RightMove services through a qualifying health plan, employer, or other sponsoring organization partnered with RightMove ("Sponsoring Organization");

  3. Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence) and a legal resident of the United States;

  4. Complete a full initial virtual musculoskeletal evaluation with a RightMove-affiliated provider, as defined by RightMove's clinical intake standards, during the Pilot Period;

  5. Meet RightMove's documented pilot criteria and fall within the fixed pilot allocation at the time of eligibility determination; and

  6. Provide a valid U.S. shipping address to which the kit can be delivered.

Employees, contractors, and agents of RightMove, its affiliates, and Sponsoring Organizations, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. RightMove reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any individual who does not meet these requirements or who attempts to circumvent them (for example, by completing multiple evaluations to obtain more than one kit).

Eligibility is based solely on completion of the initial virtual musculoskeletal evaluation and documented pilot criteria, and is not conditioned on the purchase, continuation, or renewal of any insurance or health benefit coverage. This Kit Pilot is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including in any jurisdiction where the kit would constitute an impermissible inducement, rebate, or gift in connection with a health insurance or health benefit plan.

5. How to Receive the Kit

Following completion of the initial virtual musculoskeletal evaluation, eligible members must verify their shipping address with their care coordinator. RightMove will identify eligible members through its internal records after the evaluation is complete, subject to the fixed pilot allocation. No separate claim form, code entry, or request is required beyond address verification, unless RightMove notifies the member otherwise.

6. The Kit

Eligible members will receive one (1) complimentary recovery and mobility support kit with an approximate retail value of $20–$40 USD (the "Kit"). The Kit is a general wellness/comfort product set and is provided for informational and self-care purposes only; it is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Limit: One (1) Kit per eligible member, regardless of the number of evaluations completed.

  • Kit contents and item selection may vary based on availability and are not guaranteed. RightMove may substitute one or more components of the Kit with an item of equal or greater approximate retail value at its sole discretion.

  • Kits are distributed against the Kit Pilot's fixed allocation. RightMove is not obligated to expand the allocation or extend the Kit Pilot once it is reached.

  • The Kit has no cash value and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, credit, or any other item, in whole or in part.

  • The Kit is non-transferable and is intended solely for the eligible member who completed the qualifying evaluation.

7. Safety and Medical Disclaimer

The kit is intended for general wellness and self-directed stretching and mobility use only. Before beginning any exercise program, including any use of the kit's contents, members should consult their healthcare provider.

  • Use all kit equipment as directed and in accordance with any instructions provided with the item.

  • RightMove does not provide medical advice through this Kit Pilot. Receipt of the kit is not a medical recommendation, prescription, or treatment plan, and is separate from any clinical guidance a member receives from their RightMove-affiliated provider.

  • RightMove makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability, safety, or fitness of any kit item for any individual member's health needs, physical condition, or injury history.

  • Members should discontinue use of any kit item and consult a healthcare provider if they experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse reaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RightMove disclaims all liability for injury or harm arising from a member's use of the kit.

8. Delivery

RightMove will make commercially reasonable efforts to ship the Kit to the shipping address provided by the member within approximately two to four (2–4) weeks after the member's initial virtual musculoskeletal evaluation is complete and eligibility is confirmed. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. RightMove is not responsible for kits that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the member, carrier delay, or other circumstances outside RightMove's reasonable control.

If a Kit is returned as undeliverable, RightMove may attempt one additional delivery attempt using corrected information provided by the member, but is not obligated to do so, and is not obligated to reissue or replace the Kit beyond that.

9. Taxes

Any applicable taxes associated with receipt of the kit are the sole responsibility of the recipient, where applicable.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in this Kit Pilot constitutes a member's consent to RightMove's use of their participation in aggregate, de-identified form for internal reporting and program evaluation purposes. This Kit Pilot does not require or request any testimonial, photograph, or personal story, and none will be used without the member's separate, written consent.

11. General Conditions

  • RightMove reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate this Kit Pilot, in whole or in part, if it determines that the Kit Pilot is not capable of being conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond RightMove's reasonable control, or if required to do so by any regulator, health plan partner, or applicable law.

  • RightMove reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the eligibility process or violating these Terms.

  • These Terms are subject to change. The version posted at the time a member completes their qualifying evaluation will govern that member's participation.

  • This Kit Pilot is separate from, and does not affect, a member's access to or coverage for RightMove's clinical services, which are governed by the member's applicable health plan or employer benefit documents.

  • As a pilot program, RightMove may use data and feedback gathered during the Kit Pilot to evaluate, modify, expand, or discontinue the kit program, in its sole discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RightMove, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or related to participation in this Kit Pilot or receipt, use, or misuse of the kit.

13. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Kit Pilot (such as shipping address) will be used solely to administer the Kit Pilot and fulfill delivery of the kit, and will be handled in accordance with RightMove's Privacy Policy and applicable law, including HIPAA where applicable.

14. Governing Law
