Sign in with a magic link — no password required
Signing in to your RightMove Health portal just got simpler. Instead of managing a password, you can now log in with a single click:
- Go to the portal sign-in page and enter your email address.
- Check your inbox for an email from RightMove Health.
- Click the link in that email — you're in.
No password to remember. No "forgot my password" loop. Your session opens directly in a new browser tab, ready to go.
Why we built this: Password resets were one of our most common support requests. Magic link login removes that friction entirely, so you spend less time troubleshooting access and more time focused on your care.
New accounts: When you register, we'll ask you to confirm your email address before your first login. This one-time step ensures your magic links always reach you.

Improved Appointments
Label tag: IMPROVEMENT Date: July 30, 2026
More flexible appointment scheduling for your care team
We've updated how appointment types are assigned across provider schedules. Your care team can now define — in detail — which appointment types are available with which providers, and when. For example, a provider may reserve certain morning hours for evaluation appointments while keeping afternoons open for follow-up calls.
What this means for you: When you book an appointment, the available slots reflect your provider's actual availability for that visit type — fewer "no times available" challenges in security your appointment.
Mobile Video Improvements
Label tag: IMPROVEMENT Date: Q2 2026
Easier video visits on mobile — see your provider while you exercise
During video appointments on a mobile device, you can now minimize your provider's video feed into a smaller window that stays visible in the corner of your screen while you move. Whether you're following along with an exercise demonstration or walking through a home program, you can keep your provider in view the whole time.
